-My only goal here is to help other achieve their fitness goals. I am open to sharing my exercise tips, what food I eat, what supplements I take, and talk about overall healthy lifestyle and mental health! Over the past 4 months I have lost 60 pounds but my story doesn’t start there. Prior to that, I have struggled with depression and allowed myself to forget about myself and my health.
