My bio? I hate talking about myself, so I'll keep it short. I'm 33. I have been an EMT since 2010, and a Medic since 2016. Full time paid, and part time volunteer. Never served in the armed forces. A friend who is former army got me into rucking a few years back. I signed up to do a GoRuck Tough event, but realized I wasn't ready. Then covid got bad, work got crazy, and I never had any time for myself. I ended up getting covid in there somewhere and it knocked my on my ass. I let this be my excuse for too long. Training/Cardio is still tough, but now I'm tired of putting myself and my health on the back burner. Shooting to complete a 10mile ruck by this fall, and hopefully a GoRuck Basic in Spring of '23.
