Geextah is my avatar of the multiple stuff I make. I´m a studied philosopher and scientist of religion. I do martial arts and qi gong for over twenty years (teach it over five years) and I also love to going to the gym. Pay attention to health and fitness studies a lot of time. For me it´s important to connect the western ideas and studies of health and fitness with the eastern ideas and concepts of how the world works. I will try to show you that connection and how wonderful the world can be if you create yourself in it.
