Hello, This is my journey trying to go down from 132 pounds to 116 pounds purely for the purpose if nothing more to see what I look like! I am currently on noom, and my journey started at 136 pounds. As you can see, often I have to factor in my indulgences into my daily calories, (a couple of hot toddies with friends resulted in my having an apple for dinner) but I think this is the beginning of willpower for me!
