I'm an indoor cycle/spin bootcamp fitness instructor. I've been involved in the Health Fitness industry for over 10yrs. I have worked in a variety of different environments, such as Community Rehabilitation centers. Currently teaching at a local fitness gym teach online ZOOM spin circuit classes. I love teaching indoor cycling and coaching bootcamp fitness classes! Teaching indoor spin coaching fitness classes such as bootcamp, TRX, KB, Body Bar and bands is my passion. Feeling the music, feel the rhythm with everyone just being me( work hard in a crazy fun and entertaining way). It's all about your journey!  Meeting and connecting with new people. Most importantly, just have fun and you get a total body workout at the same time! Aside from teaching, I enjoy time with my family. I am a foodie. I love working out indoor/outdoor, traveling, hiking exploring
