I turned to what I know best....music, self-reflection, God, the Peloton and the open road... I just want to share my journey over the last year. The testimony alone doesn't feel or sound real and I am still living through it. I want to share it through music...therapy. it is ONE of the healthiest coping strategy I have, music, and it has put my mind, body, heart, and soul back together.
